Accommodation Policy

 

Dear guests, to ensure the safety and comfort of all visitors during your stay, we have established a list of important information and guidelines.

Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out is until 11:00 a.m. Guests wishing to check out later than 11:00 a.m. or extend their stay beyond the scheduled date are kindly asked to inform us upon arrival.

Guests will receive their keys upon arrival and are kindly requested to lock the apartment every time they leave, and to return the keys upon departure. If keys are lost or not returned, a fee of €10 will be charged.

There is no safe in the apartment. Guests must close and lock all doors and windows when leaving. Please note that we are not liable for any damage or loss of personal belongings.

The apartment may only be used by the number of guests declared at the time of booking. It is not allowed to invite other people to use the property’s facilities or amenities. Guests are not allowed to sublet the room to third parties, even if the booking period has not yet expired.

Quiet hours are from 15:00 to 17:30 and 23:00 to 07:00. Please be mindful not to disturb neighbors during these times.

Regarding air conditioning use, we recommend setting it to dry mode (dehumidifying) at 25–28°C, as it offers optimal cooling conditions and is energy-efficient. Avoid using the air conditioner while windows are open.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. We suggest smoking on the balcony. A smoke detector is installed, as required by Greek law.

Do not tamper with the fire extinguisher unless in an emergency.

Wi-Fi is free and available.

If you use your Google account on the TV, please remember to log out before your departure.

Clean sheets are provided for replacement every five days, or earlier upon request or in case of emergency. If you require housekeeping service for cleaning the apartment and sheets, this can be arranged (additional charge applies).

Please do not throw paper in the toilet and take out the trash regularly to the appropriate neighborhood bins.

Any damage must be reported immediately to the owner. Guests are expected to keep all equipment and furnishings in good condition. Guests are responsible for any damage or loss of equipment or furniture in the rooms up to the cost of repair or replacement.

Personal items left behind will be shipped upon request and at the guest’s expense to the address provided. If no specific instructions are given, items will be stored for only 10 days.

Pets are not allowed inside the apartment.

The balance must be paid upon arrival, via bank transfer or cash.

According to Greek law, a daily accommodation tax applies, which is NOT included in the booking price and must be paid at check-in.

Lastly, a very important note: avoid drinking tap water anywhere in the Sithonia region. Prefer bottled water. Unfortunately, the area is widely known for poor water quality.
